Black Panther Review

The best new Marvel is movie is currently in theaters. Black Panther debuted with massive success at the box office. The film has an incredible 97% on Rotten Tomatoes, beating The Avengers, which has a 92% fresh on the top movie rating website. There are many people who have already seen the movie and are thrilled about it. Those who haven’t are sure to do so soon. They should be just as sure to go read the truth about how Highster Mobile works so easily.

It's important to learn how Highster Mobile works.
Marvel has brought a new superhero to the table: Black Panther.

One of the most exciting things about Black Panther is that it’s the first black superhero to get their own solo film. This is important for anyone that values equality and progress. Black Panther wasn’t rated well just because it’s a historic first; it is an excellent movie. Like many films, it’s not perfect, but there are plenty of reasons to like the Black Panther, and even more to look into why it’s important how Highster Mobile works.

The Black Panther

Record-Setting Opening Weekend

The first notable thing about the release of the film is that it has set records during its first weekend in the box office. Black Panther reeled in $192 million at the box office, the fifth-biggest opening of all time. It beat out all the other Marvel movies except for the first Avengers. In its record-setting, the film also broke the record for best opening weekend by a black director!

Wakanda

Wakanda is the fictional African country that is depicted in the film. It is a country that has kept itself isolated from the rest of the world to protect itself from invasion due to the powerful mineral it possesses called vibranium. This is the metal that gives the Black Panther his powerful suit, and a local herb gives him his incredible strength. Much of the film’s plot encircles Wakanda’s insistence on remaining isolated from the rest of the world, and the pro’s and con’s of them coming out of hiding.

Chadwick Boseman as the Black Panther

One of the best parts of the film is Chadwick Boseman’s portrayal of Black Panther. He does an excellent job portraying the superhero, in his first rendition of the character since Captain America: Civil War. Boseman delivered a stellar performance, and viewers won’t have to wait long to see him in action again, since he has already been seen in the trailer of Avengers: Infinity War.

Michael B. Johnson’s Antagonist

Michael B. Johnson plays another important character in the film. He plays the antagonist, known as Killmonger. There were a lot of great things about Johnson’s performance, and the young man is definitely a talented actor. There was, however, something missing when it comes to the complexity of his character. Killmonger, the apparent villain of the film, mostly comes across rather childish. His lines are often short and too pop-culture-y. It would have nice to have a more complicated antagonist in the first Black Panther film.

Besides the simple, black-and-white villain, Black Panther is an enormous success, both at the box office and on the screen. Wakanda is depicted beautifully, and the backstory has now been set to give us years of who may become the world’s new favorite superhero: Black Panther.

Want another great movie? I always recommend John Wick, Chapter 2. And, don’t forget to go find out the latest and greatest information about how Highster Mobile works.
